This early introduction to the art of cooking evolved into a serious pursuit as he progressed through high school. Recognizing his calling to spend a lifetime in the culinary world, creating delectable dishes and sharing his gastronomic enthusiasm with others, Chef Mullett embarked on his culinary odyssey at the age of 19.

His tenure at Tanda Tula not only showcases his culinary expertise but also reflects his dedication to providing guests with an exceptional and personalized dining experience in a captivating and untouched
natural environment.

Commencing his formal education at a reputable culinary college in Johannesburg, Chef Mullett’s foundational experiences took shape during his apprenticeship under the tutelage of Chef Bert Freitag in Muldersdrift.
Arriving at Tanda Tula in 2010, Chef Mullett finds the freedom to seamlessly blend his passion for Asian and Italian flavors, crafting creative and delightful culinary experiences.
